We are excited to be collaborating with James Hoffmann again for this latest Fermentation Project. This time he's also been teaming up with Lucia Solis. The purpose of this project is to allow you to experience the same coffee processed in different ways and if you desire, join James Hoffmann online on the 3rd of October as he cups this coffee on his Youtube channel. There are four coffees in this project. 100g per bag. This allows for enough coffee for both the live tasting event with James with some spare left over to enjoy.

Mechanically demucilaged, Wild Fermentation, Yeast inoculated, Lactobacillus inoculated
Timeline aim for this project:
- We are aiming that the majority of pre-ordered packs are sent between the 16-24th of September. We are a small team so we do our very best.
- We hope to have all roasting done between August and early September.
- Saturday October 3rd: The live tasting with James Hoffmann (more info about this will be announced on his Youtube channel)

All coffees in this 4 bag pack are roasted by us. We plan to aim for a filter or light espresso roast so they shine on cupping.
