Refund policy

Welcome. With regards to our returns we will always work with our customer to ensure we can resolve issues that might arise. We will follow all government guidelines when it comes to returns and refunds.

Unless faulty, if buying in-store you should let us know within 1 week of purchase if you are unhappy with anything. Online or in-store purchases can be discussed via email or in-store. Preferably we would discuss in the store you bought the items in. As part of this we are unable to take back anything that cant be resold. We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy. If we agree to such a return there will be a minimum 20% restocking fee or higher if needed to cover our costs such as card fees, courier, packaging etc. 

If there is a fault (within government set time guide lines) then we will discuss this with you and issue a replacement, credit or refund. 

Please note that we can not accept back bags of coffee that you have changed your mind on or would like to swap. This is for obvious food safety reasons.
