We dont normally highlight the cupping scores on coffees because it's a subjective opinion and we prefer to give more objective information. However, given the high score of 88.3 given by Nordic Approach I think it's worthy of note. There's no doubt this is a top grade coffee. We have purposely roasted it with more development than we normally would with most Kenyans in order to make it particularly suited to brewing Americanos on an espresso machine.
