Our word: The Origami Dripper has become a very popular coffee brewer in the last year. Almost out of no where and for good reason. It looks great, its versatile and produces an enjoyable experience when making your coffee. The coffee it produces is great too. Arguably it produces a more consistent Kalita Wave brew than the actual Kalita Wave as the coffee doesn't clog up at the bottom of the paper as easily. We think the porcelain looks a little better and the plastic one produces better heat retention which is important during brewing.
Official word: It is a dripper with bright colouring and vertical grooves that makes it look like a folded ORIGAMI. The ribs (grooves) of the 20 drippers create a space between the dripper and the paper, making it easier for hot water to drain and expressing a variety of extractions. Speed control is also free.
