This coffee was sourced through our friend Keith at Green coffee imports. They are a local Irish company who travels and liaises direct to origin to source coffee for us. This particular coffee was one he sourced from Guatemala and was offered to us recently as we were seeking something a little different to add to our menu. We tested one sack of it privately with our staff and they loved it so we have ordered another 5 sacks. We dont intend for this to last too long, but it's nice to get some seasonal variety every now and then and this serves well for this purpose. We feel it's best suited with milk drinks, but is also nice as an Americano.
