We decided to buy both the washed and naturally processed versions of this coffee so we can give the opportunity to experience this coffee in each of its processing methods. It's not often even we get to experience coffee from the same station in Ethiopia processed in two different ways, so it's going to be interesting to see. It may well help guide your preference for future coffee buying if you start to learn which you prefer, washed or natural. This bag is the washed version, so keep your eyes out for the natural when it comes out soon.
