In April of this year we set off to Berlin to meet us with Nordic Approach for their spring cupping event. We were on the hunt for some unique and fun coffees to compliment our line up. We were not left disappointed. This stunning coffee was a clear winner for us so we picked up a 60kg a long with a couple of other options you will see over the next few months here at PS. What we liked about this one was how clean this was for a naturally processed coffees which can often have a harsh taste to them. This one is super good on filter and reminds us of pineapples.
