So we came across this coffee in the most strange way. It was sent to use as a blind tasting experiment in collaboration with a Norwegian University. All of the samples were simply amazing and this was our second favourite of those samples. So we didnt buy it. We bought our favourite which was the Dhilgee #4. However, when the Dhilgee #4 ran out we said we would give this a try. This one scored 1.5 points less so youre thinking why even bother? Because it exceeded our expectations the second time round. So we got 180kg of it in. One test roast later, 5 days of letting the coffee rest and we tested it our on espresso machine. Lots of experimentation and wow! Major sweet spot! So so impressive! 19g, 50ml yield in 30 seconds as an Americano on our espresso machine. Nailed it! We dont normally roast for omni, but we knew from the similar coffee we had before this that it might suit this coffee and we were right. We are very happy with this coffee when its brewed right. We cant wait for you to try it and give us your feedback 🙌
