Part of the brilliant Forest project with Belco. This amazing new concept in sustainable farming is only really possible in Ethiopia due to their unique relationship with wild coffees growing amongst the forest. Essentially the forest is saved from being cut down and instead the farmer simply picks from coffee that is growing amongst the trees. Its more labour intense, but it's better for nature.
