This is not your typical Brazilian coffee. We have been testing it extensively all week. When we first tasted it as a black coffee we liked it. However, if you take milk with your coffee and you want something a bit wild and really delicious then this is your pick. For some reason milk seems to transform this coffee into something we've never tasted in a Brazilian coffee before. It's definitely got that creamy toffee vibe with a slight hint of florals. Its hard to explain in words. If you're a milk drinker you've simply got to try it.
The farm itself is a very small one that employs 13 people year round and 25 people during the main harvest. The importer for this one was our friend Keith who travelled out to meet the farmers. His company is called Green Coffee Imports and he's really impressed us with some of his choices. Its also great being able to support another small local Irish business in the coffee industry.
