The Cabellero family who produce this coffee are very famous in the speciality coffee industry. We have bought many of their coffees and they've always shown great results. This coffee is no different. Its hard to explain in text how premium and well balanced this tastes, but having tasted thousands of coffees in my career this coffee is essentially text book premium coffee for a person who likes smooth and well balanced coffees. That is that there is nothing negative about it and the coffee has the right amount of creaminess, acidity and sweetness and a good general flavour that makes you want to keep drinking it.
