This is our second of two coffees from Primavera. A speciality importing coffee company specifically focused on quality coffee from Guatemala, but with a bigger emphasis on sustainability. We admire what they do and the quality of the samples they sent. In fact the sample was so good that on the first sip I knew we had to buy it. It was an easy decision to give them a go. For this lot, coffees from 16 different producers combined to create a great quality regional blend. This was designed to give a great chance for these producers to highlight their coffees together. The result is one that works really well as an espresso.
Primavera believes that investing in these producers now will bring some great results in the future, both in coffee quality and in social change.
This coffee is balanced, sweet and full bodied. We recommend letting this coffee rest at least 2-3 weeks (after roast date) before using for best results.
