When we first got this coffee it was meant as a substitute until our annual Bobolink harvest arrived. However, upon a very pleasant surprise it was tasting as good as if not better than the Bobolink in our opinion. Within days of having it we knew we had to get more. Fast forward in time and we have it back again for round two. Having improved my roasting skill set since then I feel that the new profile of this coffee is even better now. More balanced and clean which makes it even better as a black coffee now. I hope you enjoy it.
