El Salvador is back in season baby! Oh yes! We were getting a bit unsure when we saw that there would be major disruption to the flow of coffee this year, but none the less here it is and its banger! Really great espresso. Probably the best espresso coffee we've had since the El Cedro from Honduras a few months ago.
Notes of milk chocolate ice cream with a fudge like body and aftertaste to it. Works great with milk in particular, but really good black as well.
Its a honey processed coffee. Our first in two years and it was well worth the wait.
