This is a Pulped natural coffee. This technique of processing coffee was pioneered in Brazil 15 years ago. It gives good body to the coffee. The farm it comes from is a family run farm and sits on the periphery of a volcanic caldera. Expect notes of peanut butter and vanilla. For those of you after our Brazilian - Bobolink from the previous two years we have moved to this one as we felt it was a better coffee.
